When you Dabble, 2 becomes many

What started as a conversation between Karen and Neha slowly turned into a family of Dabblers. Technologists, entrepreneurial pros and marketing experts are all a part of the development work at Dabble. Pooling ideas together brought in several perspectives to Dabble with. Would you like to meet them?



Karen is a Corporate Trainer by profession and a trained Expressive Arts therapist by passion. She brings her business insights and life experience together to her first love of creating happiness for children. Her training in Waldorf education has helped bring concepts of early learning to Dabble’s product design table. She has a degree in marketing management and a Women’s Entrepreneurship certification from IIM, Bangalore. She is also Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from Leadership that works, USA. She has worked with leading corporates like ICICI Prudential with core experience in sales training and also has her own training company. If you find her humming at work or driving, don’t be surprised, it’s just her love for music and her choir group.

Neha is a passionate, perfectionist who started off her career as a photographer. With publications in - Travel & Leisure, Times Journal of Photography, Better Homes & Gardens & Food Lovers Magazine, she is widely recognized for her work in Food & Architecture Photography. Wonder struck about the workings of the mind, she pursued her studies in Psychology to become a trained art therapist. She uses art as a medium to communicate with children and decipher their inner emotions. With her deep-dive into Dabble she hopes to enable children discover true, artistic, expression. 

RAVI D'ABREO                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

Ravi is an entrepreneur at heart who runs his own brand consultancy. His client roster has several start-ups and known marketing organisations who he helps define and shape brands for. He has been at the core of product development for Dabble through his valuable work on conducting our consumer insights groups and research. It’s his support through the early stages through research with parents and kids that has brought a lot of insights to our product development. Ravi is also an ardent lover of theatre, working with students on theatre art and movement. He also conducts creativity workshops for young minds.


Achu is helping us define brand Dabble applying his copywriting and brand experience over the last 25 years. Of all the work the one he really likes to talk about is Gully Cricket which he says is ‘arguably the world's only top angle cricket game’. Walks in the mountains are his inspiration.  


They are the design agency who have created the brand look for Dabble from the logo to the packaging. And we are loving it. Here is how they choose to describe themselves, “Purplemango has been painting dreams and paying bills since 2009.We tell brand stories in ways that people will want to listen. Every story is crafted with care, weaving lines with colour and words.We wake up every day with the joy of knowing that what we do help brands express themselves better.” We can’t agree more.


After graduating from Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication, Sheryl went on to work as an associate producer in Zoom Television and Miditech Pvt. Ltd. Being a trailing spouse, she is now a stay at home mum and dabbles with digital designing, baking, party decor and blogging, while raising two little productions of her own.


Sneha is a soon to be published author. We love that she found our ideas for Dabble creative enough for her to get involved. She is our sounding board for our communication on social media, helping create awareness with parents. She graduated from Kingston University, London, with an M.A. in Creative Writing. She in the process of completing her first set of works while also championing causes for women empowerment.


He is an engineer from IIT and heads a design firm that trains students to take entrance tests for design colleges. He has an encompassing global viewpoint and is helping Dabble with an understanding of technology. His engineering and design thinking is not just restricted to work, he is passionate about Lego and his free time is all about creating a world full of warships, motor cars, football stadia, dinosaurs and spaceships. 



A practicing Art Therapist, Seema has taught art to pre-primary children for over ten years. Her focus in the art class was to provide a safe space, give choices and trust the children will take the responsibility to learn. She believes art touches the unconscious and is a medium to express creatively. Her other interests are birdwatching and time among the trees. 


Surya has been mentoring our founders, Neha and Karen, at the N.S. Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning at IIM Bangalore. Surya is a passionate start-up evangelist anddabbles in angel investing; it was his push that led to the Centre introducing a business incubator and a seed fund. He is a pro bono mentor there and believes that Dabble has the potential to find a place in consumer lives. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Masters in Management from McGill University, Canada. He is also on the governing board of TiE Bangalore.


Hiral is a Paediatric Occupational therapist and has a full time experience of 7 years in working with children with neurological and developmental disabilities. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy from Seth G S medical college and KEM hospital Mumbai and masters in Pediatrics from LTMMC and GH, Sion Mumbai. She is certified in sensory integration from university of Southern California. She also has other trainings to her credit like Therapeutic Listening, Oral placement therapy, Braingym, Handwriting without tears, Irlen PASS training and Decoding Autism.
